• Virtual Session: Postpartum planning—healing and thriving

• Virtual Session: Building the nest—newborn care and registry guidance

• In-Home Session (34-37 weeks): Comfort measures—hands-on practice before labor

Unlimited, On-Demand Concierge Support

• Access from the time of hire through 3 weeks postpartum via text, voice message, and check-in calls

• On-call 24/7 from 37 weeks until baby arrives (with an earlier window for high-risk families)

Continuous Labor & Birth Support

• Continuous support for you and your partner, for all stages of labor. Quality labor support brings more to the table than just guidance on positioning and breathing, we’re paying attention to your body and anticipating needs before you ever vocalize them. We prioritize more than just your birth plan, it matters to us how you feel during your labor and how you remember the experience in the days/months/years that follow. We aim to help you have the empowered birth you deserve.

Immediate Postpartum Care

• 2-3 hours of support at your place of birth after delivery

• Supporting first latch, golden hour, and continued advocacy while you focus on your new baby

In-Home Postpartum Visit

• One 3-hour visit in your home

• Latch and feeding support, sustainable systems, baby care, postpartum healing, light housework and errands - helping you where you need it most

Extended Virtual Support

• Unlimited virtual support continues for 3 weeks after birth

• Via text, voice message, and check-in calls

Curated Resources & Network

• Digital resource folder, registry of recommended items

• Referrals to trusted local providers

• Hand-selected resources on-demand, to address your unique questions and preferences
